Property Survey Reports
Once a property is available for auction, we visit the bankers, survey the property, take a legal opinion and prepare a detailed survey report. You can purchase the individual report for a fee or access all reports by taking a subscription.
Auction Process
Once you have zeroed in on a property, we guide you through the auction process, property registration and undertake any repairs and maintenance before you or your tenant moves in.
